No response was provided to that letter - except to fire Larry Hazzard a few short weeks later. Now he is fighting back. A lawsuit was filed this past Friday, Jan. 4,2008, in the U.S. District Court of New Jersey against New Jerseystate officials alleging, in essence, that he was fired for speakingup and exposing this alleged "malfeasance" on the New Jersey commission.
