In October 2007, his attorney, James Binns, acting on his behalf, hadsubmitted a letter (http://adcombat.com/Article.asp?Article_ID=14295)to New Jersey Governor Jon Corzine outlining a series of major chargesof alleged "malfeasance" against officials on the State Athletic Control Board. No response was provided to that letter - except to fire Larry Hazzard a few short weeks later. Now he is fighting back. A lawsuit was filed this past Friday, Jan. 4,2008, in the U.S. District Court of New Jersey against New Jerseystate officials alleging, in essence, that he was fired for speakingup and exposing this alleged "malfeasance" on the New Jersey commission.
