Ana is a blocker for the Queens of Pain, which also won the Gotham Girls Roller Derby league championship this year.

At a party and fundraiser for the league in New York, we spoke with her about her career, why 2008 was so successful for the Gotham Girls Roller Derby, why the sport of roller derby is growing so rapidly and has become the fastest-growing sport in America, what to expect in 2009, and more.
